Day 1 – Travelling
Depart Dublin for Beijing.

Day 2 – Arrive Beijing, Transferring To The Hotel & Leisure Time
Arrive in Beijing. Transfer to the hotel and enjoy some leisure time. Savour a buffet dinner (both Chinese & Western options) at the hotel.

Day 3 – Beijing, Forbidden City, Tiananmen Square & Duck Dinner
Immerse yourself in the heart of Beijing on a full-day tour. Marvel at the Forbidden City and the vast Tiananmen Square. Refuel with a delicious lunch at a local eatery, then indulge in a traditional Beijing Duck welcome dinner at another local restaurant.

Day 4 – Great Wall, Milk Farm & Local Eatery
Embark on a fascinating day trip! Witness the awe-inspiring Great Wall and shop for freshwater pearls. Savour lunch at a local eatery, followed by an afternoon visit to a working milk farm. Enjoy dinner at another local restaurant in the evening.

Day 5 – Temple of Heaven, Slaughterhouse/Farm & Local Restaurant
Explore Beijing’s heart. Visit the serene Temple of Heaven, followed by an optional visit to a nearby slaughterhouse or farm for a glimpse into local practices. Conclude the day with dinner at a local restaurant, savouring authentic flavours.

Day 6 – Bullet Train, Old City Wall & Tang Dynasty Show
Board the bullet train from Beijing to Xi’an. Upon arrival, explore the historic Old City Wall in the afternoon. Immerse yourself in the cultural wonders of the Tang Dynasty with an evening dance and music show.

Day 7 – Terracotta Warriors, Local Farm & Authentic Xian Cuisine                                          Unveil Xian’s wonders. Witness the awe-inspiring Terracotta Warriors and a reproduction factory. Delve into local life with a visit to a farm and agricultural area. Savour lunch and dinner at local restaurants, experiencing authentic Xian cuisine.

Day 8 – Transfer To The Airport, Continue By Car To Suzhou & Grand Canal
Transfer to the airport for your flight from Xi’an to Shanghai. Upon arrival, continue by car to Suzhou. Immerse yourself in history with a relaxing cruise on the Grand Canal and delve into local craftsmanship with an afternoon visit to the Silk Embroidery Institute. Conclude the day with a buffet dinner at your hotel in Suzhou.

Day 9 – Garden, Factory, & Yoghurt-Making
Delve into Suzhou’s heritage. Explore the serene Garden of the Master of the Nets, discover the art of silk production at a local factory, and learn about the yoghurt-making process in the afternoon. Savour lunch and dinner at local eateries, immersing yourself in the city’s culinary scene.

Day 10 – Glanbia Plant & Authentic Suzhou Cuisine
Explore the Glanbia Plant, gaining insights into the local industry. Enjoy a delicious lunch and dinner at the local eateries, experiencing authentic Suzhou cuisine.

Day 11 – Shanghai & Zhouzhuang Water Village
Depart Suzhou and journey to Shanghai by car. Enjoy the charm of Zhouzhuang, a picturesque water village. Savour a delightful lunch at a local restaurant before enjoying the evening at your leisure.

Day 12 – Yu Garden, The Bund, Jade Museum & Nanjing Road
Explore iconic Shanghai. Discover Yu Garden, the historic Bund, the Jade Museum, and bustling Nanjing Road. Unwind with a scenic Huangpu River night cruise & enjoy a local lunch and Dinner at your leisure.

Day 13 – Shanghai
Immerse yourself in Shanghai’s vibrant atmosphere, and discover hidden gems off the beaten path.

Day 14 – Travel Back To Ireland
Transfer to the airport for your departing flight back to
Dublin.

Day 15 – Arrive Home
