Web Summit is an annual international technology conference held in Lisbon, bringing together startups, investors, major tech companies, media, and business leaders for talks, networking, meetings, and industry events. The official website confirms that Web Summit Lisbon 2026 will take place from 9 to 12 November 2026 at the MEO Arena in Lisbon. Web Summit’s support pages also state that the first day is used for pre-registration and Opening Night, while the main conference days run from 10 to 12 November.
The programme continues with full access to the event across the main conference days, giving delegates time to attend keynote talks, explore exhibitor stands, take part in meetings and network with industry professionals.

Day 1: Travel to Lisbon, transfer to hotel, registration and Opening Night
Board your flight from Dublin to Lisbon.
On arrival, meet your coach and transfer to your hotel for check-in. Depending on your flight time, enjoy free time before making your way to complete event registration.
Attend Opening Night at Web Summit, giving your group the chance to begin the event experience, take in the atmosphere, and start networking with delegates from around the world before returning to your hotel for overnight stay.
Day 2: Full day at Web Summit Lisbon
Breakfast at your hotel before transferring to the MEO Arena for your first full day at Web Summit.
Spend the day attending talks, panel discussions, exhibitor showcases, startup presentations and networking opportunities across the event. The official venue information confirms that Web Summit takes place at the MEO Arena in Lisbon.
After the conference, enjoy free time for evening networking, client entertaining, or dinner in Lisbon before returning to your hotel for overnight stay.
Day 3: Full day at Web Summit Lisbon and evening in Lisbon
Breakfast at your hotel before returning to Web Summit for another full day at the conference.
Continue exploring the event, arranging meetings, visiting stands, attending content sessions and taking part in networking opportunities throughout the day.
This evening, enjoy a group dinner in Lisbon or optional time in the city centre before returning to your hotel for overnight stay. Web Summit’s city guide notes dedicated shuttle links between the venue area and central Lisbon.
Day 4: Final conference sessions, free time in Lisbon and return flight home
Breakfast and check-out of your hotel before making your way to the final day of Web Summit or enjoying free time in Lisbon, depending on your flight schedule.
Attend final meetings or conference sessions before meeting your coach and transferring to the airport for your return flight home.
