Rhineland Cultural School Tour - Cologne Cathedral, River Rhine Cruise, Phantasialand and much more..
Begin your Rhineland Cultural School Tour in Cologne with a behind-the-scenes visit to the BayArena Stadium, home of Bayer Leverkusen, followed by the magnificent Cologne Cathedral, said to be the resting place of the Three Magi. The next day, take a scenic boat cruise down the River Rhine, one of Europe’s greatest rivers, before enjoying a guided tour of Koblenz. Later, ride the Rhine Cable Car for stunning views over the point where the Rhine and Moselle rivers meet, before returning to your hotel for dinner.
The cultural highlights continue with a visit to the Chocolate Museum, where 4,000m² of exhibitions take you through the history and traditions of chocolate, followed by the Sport & Olympic Museum, with interactive exhibits and displays on the Berlin 1936 and Munich 1972 Olympic Games. On your final day, experience the thrills of Phantasialand Theme Park, packed with exciting rides, attractions and shows, before transferring to the airport for your return flight.

Day 1: Flight, Bay Arena Stadium Tour & Cologne Cathedral
Board your flight, meet your coach and transfer to Cologne where you can enjoy a fascinating, behind-the-scenes insight into Bayer Leverkusen’s Bay Arena Stadium.
Visit the world-famous Cologne Cathedral – reputed resting place of the 3 Magi
Transfer to your hotel for check in & Evening Meal.
Day 2: River Rhine Boat Cruise, Guided Tour of Koblenz & Rhine Cable Car
Breakfast at your hotel then meet your coach to transfer for your Boat Cruise down the River Rhine – Central & Western Europe’s second longest river.
Enjoy a Guided Tour of Koblenz then hover over the Rhine in the Cable Car and discover the unique views where the Rhine and Moselle rivers meet.
Return to your hotel for Evening Meal.
Day 3: Chocolate Museum & Sport & Olympic Museum
Breakfast at your hotel then visit the world-famous Chocolate Museum for a 4,000m2 journey through the cultural history of chocolate.
Visit the Sport & Olympic Museum – an imaginative Germany-focused tribute to sporting life, see exhibits on the 1936 Berlin & 1972 Munich Olympic Games along with interactive bobsled, bike & football displays.
Return to your hotel for Evening Meal.
Day 4: Phantasialand Theme Park & Flight home
Breakfast at your hotel, check out and transfer to Phantasialand Theme Park.
Enjoy the Adventures, Attractions & Adrenaline of a day at Phantasialand Theme Park with vouchers for your ‘snackpack!’.
Transfer to the airport for your return flight.

As your travel provider, we aim to give you all of the essential information about your holiday before you agree to any contract. Information such as:
- Where you are going and for how long
- The costs involved for the holiday itself and payment schedule (if this applies), as well as any tax or compulsory charges
- The mode of transport – this detail includes times, dates and places of departure and return
- Where and what your accommodation is (for example, hotel, guesthouse), and how it complies with the law of the EU Member State in question
- Cancellation details (for example, where a minimum take up is needed for a package holiday to come into being in the first place)
- The itinerary of any excursions included
- Any special or exceptional requirements, which you asked for and you and other parties to the contract have accepted
- The complaints procedure to follow if we, as the travel organiser, do not carry out as part of our contract
- Passport and any visa or health requirements
- Whether insurance is compulsory as part of your package holiday and if so, the minimum level of cover needed
As this is an organised school tour, all relevant flight information will become available through your dedicated group/tour leader. Additional information will be detailed in your dedicated login area. Once the tour has been confirmed every person (on that tour) will be sent their own specific link to login to the GTI Tour Portal where you can access additional relevant information and pay for the trip.
