Begin your London Science Tour with a Guided Tour of the city, before visiting the world-famous Science Museum, where interactive exhibits allow students to see, touch and experience science first-hand. Continue on to the Natural History Museum, exploring its vast range of specimens and fascinating exhibitions. The following day, step back in time at the Royal Observatory Greenwich, where you can stand on the historic Prime Meridian of the World and learn about Greenwich Mean Time. Afterwards, discover one of the UK’s most impressive engineering feats at the Thames Barrier Information Centre Exhibition, with its working model, construction videos and environmental displays. In the evening, enjoy the excitement of a live West End Show.

The tour continues with a full day of fun at Thorpe Park, Britain’s original theme park filled with thrilling rides and attractions. On your final day, explore over two centuries of scientific breakthroughs at the Faraday Museum in the Royal Institution, which celebrates pioneering discoveries in physics and chemistry. Conclude your trip with free time in London to shop, sightsee or sketch the city’s landmarks before meeting your coach for the transfer to the airport and your return flight home.

As your travel provided we aim to give you all of the essential information about your holiday before you agree to any contract. Information such as:

  • Where you are going and for how long
  • The costs involved for the holiday itself and payment schedule (if this applies), as well as any tax or compulsory charges
  • The mode of transport – this detail includes times, dates and places of departure and return
  • Where and what your accommodation is (for example, hotel, guesthouse), and how it complies with the law of the EU Member State in question
  • Cancellation details (for example, where a minimum take up is needed for a package holiday to come into being in the first place)
  • Itinerary of any excursions included
  • Any special or exceptional requirements, which you asked for and you and other parties to the contract have accepted
  • The complaints procedure to follow if we, as the travel organiser, do not carry out as part of our contract
  • Passport and any visa or health requirements
  • Whether insurance is compulsory as part of your package holiday and if so, the minimum level of cover needed

As this is an organised school tour, all relevant flight information will become available through your dedicated group/tour leader. Additional information will be detailed in your dedicated login area. Once the tour has been confirmed every person (on that tour) will be sent their own specific link to login to the GTI Tour Portal where you can access additional relevant information and pay for the trip.
