Join our Lake Garda & Venice tour for an unforgettable school trip! Start with a scenic cruise on Lake Garda, enjoying beautiful views of Italy’s largest lake. Take a cable car ride to see panoramic landscapes. Explore the charming towns of Sirmione or Garda, known for their historical sites and stunning lakeside views.
In Venice, board a vaporetto from Tronchetto to explore the city’s famous canals and historic buildings. Experience thrills at Gardaland, Italy’s top theme park. Visit Verona, famous for Shakespeare’s “Romeo and Juliet” and recognised as a UNESCO World Heritage Site for its ancient Roman architecture. Students will gain insights into Italian culture, history and enjoy fun activities, making this tour both educational and enjoyable.

Day 1: Scenic Cruise, Cable Car, Sirmione or Garda
Morning
Board your flight to Milan. Meet your coach and transfer to Lake Garda for a Scenic Cruise on Italy’s largest lake.
Afternoon
Enjoy a ride on the Monte Baldo Cable Car which rotates gently giving 360˚ views over the blue lake waters and the massive mountain ridge behind.
Evening
Visit either Sirmione with its castle & Roman ruins or the beautiful town of Garda. Then check in to your hotel for your evening meal.
Day 2: Tronchetto, Venice, Evening Meal
Morning
Breakfast at your hotel then transfer by coach to the Tronchetto – Venice’s artificial parking island. Continue to Venice by vaparetto.
Afternoon
Enjoy a Guided Walking Tour of Venice with free time for independent sightseeing and shopping in the stunning ‘City of Bridges’.
Evening
Return to your hotel for evening meal.
Day 3: Gardaland & Evening Meal
Morning
Breakfast at your hotel then transfer to Gardaland.
Afternoon
Enjoy a full day enjoying the thrills and spills of Italy’s best Theme Park.
Evening
Return to your hotel for evening meal.
Day 4: Verona, UNESCO World Heritage Site & Flight Home
Morning
Breakfast and check out of your hotel then transfer to Verona – celebrated by Shakespeare, who made it famous as the romantic setting for Romeo & Juliet.
Afternoon
Enjoy a guided tour of this UNESCO World Heritage Site City. You’ll then have free time for shopping or further sightseeing.
Evening
Transfer to airport for your flight home.

As your travel provider, we aim to give you all of the essential information about your holiday before you agree to any contract. Information such as:
- Where you are going and for how long
- The costs involved for the holiday itself and payment schedule (if this applies), as well as any tax or compulsory charges
- The mode of transport – this detail includes times, dates and places of departure and return
- Where and what your accommodation is (for example, hotel, guesthouse), and how it complies with the law of the EU Member State in question
- Cancellation details (for example, where a minimum take up is needed for a package holiday to come into being in the first place)
- The itinerary of any excursions included
- Any special or exceptional requirements, which you asked for and you and other parties to the contract have accepted
- The complaints procedure to follow if we, as the travel organiser, do not carry out as part of our contract
- Passport and any visa or health requirements
- Whether insurance is compulsory as part of your package holiday and if so, the minimum level of cover needed
As this is an organised school tour, all relevant flight information will become available through your dedicated group/tour leader. Additional information will be detailed in your dedicated login area. Once the tour has been confirmed every person (on that tour) will be sent their own specific link to login to the GTI Tour Portal where you can access additional relevant information and pay for the trip.
