Iceland Science School Tour - Blue Lagoon, Perlan Museum, Gullfoss Waterfall and much more..

Begin your Iceland Science Tour with a visit to the world-famous Blue Lagoon, where you can relax in the soothing geothermal waters before exploring the Perlan Museum, home to the world’s first indoor ice cave, a 360° Northern Lights experience and a fascinating volcano show. After settling into your hotel, your adventure continues with a journey around the Golden Circle, where you’ll study geothermal power, tectonics and fluvial systems. Highlights include the mighty Gullfoss Waterfall, one of Iceland’s most spectacular natural wonders, and Thingvellir National Park, a unique lava arena set within a rift valley.

The next day, travel along Iceland’s stunning south coast to the Lava Centre, an interactive exhibition on volcanic activity, earthquakes and the formation of Iceland. Experience the power of nature at the dramatic Seljalandsfoss and Skógafoss waterfalls before continuing to Reynishverfi, the Dyrhólaey Coast and the Sólheimajökull Glacier tongue to study coastal systems, glaciation and fluvial landscapes first-hand. After an evening meal back at your hotel, conclude your trip with unforgettable memories of Iceland’s extraordinary natural and scientific wonders before your return flight home.

Very easy and efficient to use. Staff were excellent, accommodating attentive to the needs of our group tour. Aideen helped us with our tour to Italy and she made the experience easy for me as a group tour leader. She also checked up on me and the group multiple times. Would definitely use again.

Overall we had a very positive... Read More
