The Gdańsk Christmas Market School Tour offers students the chance to experience one of Europe’s most historic port cities while soaking up the festive atmosphere of its award-winning Christmas Market. The itinerary includes a guided exploration of Gdańsk’s Old Town, where colourful architecture and centuries of history meet, along with a visit to the internationally acclaimed Museum of the Second World War, providing valuable context to the city’s pivotal role in 20th-century history.
Students will also enjoy a choice of cultural excursions, either to the Westerplatte Peninsula, where the first shots of WWII were fired, or to the peaceful Oliwa Cathedral and Park, known for its stunning architecture and music tradition. Afternoons and evenings allow time to experience the Christmas Markets, where students can enjoy local traditions, crafts and seasonal food.
