Begin your Cork adventure with a visit to the spectacular Mitchelstown Cave, one of Europe’s most impressive show caves. Next, enjoy a fun and light-hearted Young Offenders Tour of Cork City, retracing the sights made famous by the hit series. After checking into your hotel and dinner, take part in the entertaining Cork Ghost Tour, which mixes history, humour and a touch of fright. The following day offers a choice of exciting activities: challenge yourself at Zipit High Ropes Adventure Park, try Footgolf, Tag Archery and school sports day games with lunch included, or visit Fota Wildlife Park, which combines ecology, biodiversity and team-building. Later, discover Cork’s maritime history with a visit to Cobh, the Titanic’s last port of call, followed by a trip to Spike Island. The day ends with a fun game of Bowling before returning to your hotel for your evening meal.

On your final day, kiss the legendary Blarney Stone at Blarney Castle and explore its enchanting gardens before stepping back in time at Cork City Gaol. Then head to the Blackrock Observatory, where history, science and astronomy meet in an interactive experience. Enjoy some free time for shopping in Cork before travelling to the striking Rock of Cashel, one of Ireland’s most iconic heritage sites. As your travel provided we aim to give you all of the essential information about your holiday before you agree to any contract. Information such as:

  • Where you are going and for how long
  • The costs involved for the holiday itself and payment schedule (if this applies), as well as any tax or compulsory charges
  • The mode of transport – this detail includes times, dates and places of departure and return
  • Where and what your accommodation is (for example, hotel, guesthouse), and how it complies with the law of the EU Member State in question
  • Cancellation details (for example, where a minimum take up is needed for a package holiday to come into being in the first place)
  • Itinerary of any excursions included
  • Any special or exceptional requirements, which you asked for and you and other parties to the contract have accepted
  • The complaints procedure to follow if we, as the travel organiser, do not carry out as part of our contract
  • Passport and any visa or health requirements
  • Whether insurance is compulsory as part of your package holiday and if so, the minimum level of cover needed

As this is an organised school tour, all relevant flight information will become available through your dedicated group/tour leader. Additional information will be detailed in your dedicated login area. Once the tour has been confirmed every person (on that tour) will be sent their own specific link to login to the GTI Tour Portal where you can access additional relevant information and pay for the trip.
