Walk 25 km daily through beautiful villages and historic sites

Your journey begins with a flight from Dublin to Santiago de Compostela, the historic end point of the famous Camino de Santiago pilgrimage. Upon arrival, meet your coach for a transfer to your hostel, where you’ll settle in and enjoy an evening meal. Santiago is a city of great spiritual and cultural importance, with over 300,000 pilgrims visiting annually.

After breakfast, start your 25 km walk from Palas de Rei to Ribadiso, a scenic route through charming villages and green landscapes. This 6-hour trek passes medieval churches and Roman bridges, offering a glimpse into the region’s rich history. Palas de Rei, once a Roman town, is a highlight of the day. You’ll finish with dinner and rest in your hostel.

The next stage takes you 25 km from Ribadiso to Pedrouzo, covering diverse terrain and passing through peaceful woodlands and open fields. This 5-hour walk leads you closer to Santiago, with Pedrouzo serving as a popular rest stop for pilgrims. Enjoy an evening meal and rest before the final leg of the journey.

The hotel was brilliant and I would stay there again. I could even recommend it for families! The coach was excellent and very comfortable, and Johann was great.

The visits went well. We were late for Montparnasse because of the traffic, so I called them and they were very nice about it. Same for Versailles castle, although we left the hotel really early. They were fine on the phone. Something that got sorted quite well but could have been worse is the fact that we had 3 reservation... Read More
