Begin your Belgium Business Tour with a Guided Tour of Brussels, the ‘Capital of Europe’, before exploring the National Bank of Belgium Museum, where you’ll learn about the role of money, the responsibilities of a national bank and how financial systems work. The following day, enjoy a guided visit to the Concept Chocolate Factory, where tradition meets enterprise, and then choose between visiting BelOrta, the largest co-operative auction in Europe, to see how the auction system operates, or taking a Guided Tour of Antwerp Port, the second largest port in Europe and a hub of international trade.
The tour also includes a day of fun at Walibi Theme Park, with its thrilling rides and attractions, before concluding with an insight into European politics. Visit the European Commission Visitor’s Centre to understand the role of the EU’s executive body, then explore the Parlamentarium, the European Parliament’s interactive visitors’ centre, before enjoying some free time in Brussels for shopping or sightseeing. As your travel provided we aim to give you all of the essential information about your holiday before you agree to any contract. Information such as:
- Where you are going and for how long
- The costs involved for the holiday itself and payment schedule (if this applies), as well as any tax or compulsory charges
- The mode of transport – this detail includes times, dates and places of departure and return
- Where and what your accommodation is (for example, hotel, guesthouse), and how it complies with the law of the EU Member State in question
- Cancellation details (for example, where a minimum take up is needed for a package holiday to come into being in the first place)
- Itinerary of any excursions included
- Any special or exceptional requirements, which you asked for and you and other parties to the contract have accepted
- The complaints procedure to follow if we, as the travel organiser, do not carry out as part of our contract
- Passport and any visa or health requirements
- Whether insurance is compulsory as part of your package holiday and if so, the minimum level of cover needed
As this is an organised school tour, all relevant flight information will become available through your dedicated group/tour leader. Additional information will be detailed in your dedicated login area. Once the tour has been confirmed every person (on that tour) will be sent their own specific link to login to the GTI Tour Portal where you can access additional relevant information and pay for the trip.
