Budapest Music School Tour - Opera House, Liszt Museum, Kodály Memorial House and much more..

Begin your trip with a guided visit to the Pest side of the city, where you’ll explore the elegant Opera House, the Liszt Museum and the Kodály Memorial House on Andrassy Avenue. The group will then enjoy a rehearsal in Szervita Square Church, set in the heart of downtown Budapest, before transferring to your hotel for check-in and evening meal. There will also be free time to take in the atmosphere of the city at your own pace.

The following day focuses on the Buda side of the city, including Matthias Church, Buda Castle, Fisherman’s Bastion and the Music History Museum. After another inspiring rehearsal and concert at the Inner-City Parish Church, you’ll continue your journey with an excursion to the Danube Bend, visiting Szentendre, Visegrád and Vác before performing in a concert at either Szentendre or Vác Cathedral. A special farewell dinner on the Danube provides a perfect finale. On your last day, enjoy a fun visit to Aquaworld Resort before transferring to the airport for your return flight home.

As your travel provided we aim to give you all of the essential information about your holiday before you agree to any contract. Information such as:

  • Where you are going and for how long
  • The costs involved for the holiday itself and payment schedule (if this applies), as well as any tax or compulsory charges
  • The mode of transport – this detail includes times, dates and places of departure and return
  • Where and what your accommodation is (for example, hotel, guesthouse), and how it complies with the law of the EU Member State in question
  • Cancellation details (for example, where a minimum take up is needed for a package holiday to come into being in the first place)
  • Itinerary of any excursions included
  • Any special or exceptional requirements, which you asked for and you and other parties to the contract have accepted
  • The complaints procedure to follow if we, as the travel organiser, do not carry out as part of our contract
  • Passport and any visa or health requirements
  • Whether insurance is compulsory as part of your package holiday and if so, the minimum level of cover needed

As this is an organised school tour, all relevant flight information will become available through your dedicated group/tour leader. Additional information will be detailed in your dedicated login area. Once the tour has been confirmed every person (on that tour) will be sent their own specific link to login to the GTI Tour Portal where you can access additional relevant information and pay for the trip.
