Experience the sights and sounds of Vienna & Salzburg on this music focused tour

Embark on the Sound of Music tour in Vienna and Salzburg, beginning with a guided tour of Vienna, where you’ll explore sights along the famous Ringstrasse, including the State Opera House and the Habsburg winter residence. In the afternoon, immerse yourself in art at the Museum Quartier and the Museum of Fine Arts, followed by dinner and an overnight stay at your hotel.

The next day, visit Schönbrunn Palace, the former summer residence of the Habsburgs, then travel to the stunning Melk Abbey, a masterpiece built on the foundations of a medieval monastery. After dinner, return to your hotel for the night.

In Salzburg, enjoy a guided walking tour that includes highlights such as Mirabell Garden, Nonnberg Convent, and Mozart’s birthplace. You’ll also have a chance to sing in the Salzburg Dom. On your final day, experience a guided ‘Sound of Music’ tour, showcasing Austria’s beautiful landscapes, and visit the magical fountains at Hellbrunn Castle. Conclude your journey with a transfer to the airport for your flight home.

Ourselves and the lads had a great time. Overall, it was great and thankfully, the last two days the weather was lovely. Accommodation was beautiful and even more upgraded than last year, which was fantastic. Coaches and drivers were brilliant and always accommodated any requests.

I will definitely be in touch in the new academic year regarding next year.

Well we had an excellent time in Paris. Disneyland day, in particular, was great. Accommodation was fantastic!  Ideal location for visiting Disneyland.

As your travel provided we aim to give you all of the essential information about your holiday before you agree to any contract. Information such as:

  • Where you are going and for how long
  • The costs involved for the holiday itself and payment schedule (if this applies), as well as any tax or compulsory charges
  • The mode of transport – this detail includes times, dates and places of departure and return
  • Where and what your accommodation is (for example, hotel, guesthouse), and how it complies with the law of the EU Member State in question
  • Cancellation details (for example, where a minimum take up is needed for a package holiday to come into being in the first place)
  • Itinerary of any excursions included
  • Any special or exceptional requirements, which you asked for and you and other parties to the contract have accepted

As this is an organised school tour, all relevant flight information will become available through your dedicated group/tour leader. Additional information will be detailed in your dedicated login area.
