Welcome to Memphis! Your Anchor Motor coach will pick up your group at the Memphis International Airport and you will check into the Comfort Inn – downtown Memphis for a five-night stay.
The Award Winning Comfort Inn Memphis Downtown is located along the trolley line and close to downtown Memphis’ top attractions, and overlooks the Mississippi River.
This morning meet your local guide for a sightseeing tour of Tupelo, MS. Where Elvis Presley was born and raised as well as other local attractions including Elvis’ boyhood Home, the High School he attended, the Hardware store where his mama bought his first guitar and more.
Enjoy a delicious boxed lunch from the famous Honey Baked Ham Company during your guided tour. After lunch, visit the Elvis Presley Birthplace & Museum, a modest, two-room house where the King of Rock & Roll was born.
The museum was completely renovated in 2006, the state-of-the-art museum still pays tribute to that friendship and displays new exhibits containing Tupelo artefacts, large photo-murals and graphics and audiovisual presentations that focus on Elvis, his childhood and his first music. After
your day in Tupelo, your group will return to Memphis.
This morning, meet your local guide for a Memphis City History & Highlights tour of the area with photo stop at Civil rights Museum and St. Judes Hospital.
Today your tour includes all the sights and fun of a Memphis Mojo Tour plus a guided tour of Sun Studio, the studio that launched the careers of Elvis Presley, Johnny Cash, Jerry Lee Lewis, Carl Perkins, BB King, Howlin’ Wolf, Roy Orbison…the list goes on and on!

Today we enjoy a tour of the Memphis Music Hall of Fame, a gem for both serious blues fans and casual visitors. Filled with robust exhibits and in-depth history, it educates and entertains with all that what is The Blues Culture.
This is your introduction to some of the greatest musicians of all time – each responsible for shaping modern music and changing the world forever right here in Memphis!
After breakfast, your group will Tour the Graceland Complex. This a one-of-a-kind experience will lead you on Elvis’s fascinating journey to superstardom.
You will experience the cultural changes that led to the birth of Rock ‘n’ Roll and see, first-hand, how Elvis became the most celebrated entertainer in the world. Dinner is included at Graceland’s new themed restaurant – Vernon’s Smokehouse, which offers authentic Memphis BBQ fare.
This morning, visit the Memphis Rock N Soul Museum and discover the birth of rock and soul music. Created by the Smithsonian Institution, tells the story of musical pioneers who, for the love of music, overcame racial and socio-economic barriers to create the music that shook the entire world.
After your tour of the Rock N’Soul museum, the group begin traveling to Nashville, TN. On arrival, check into the Gaylord Opryland Resort for a two-night stay. After check in, enjoy a family style dinner this evening at Paula Deens Family Kitchen which offers guests classic Deen Family recipes, such as Southern-Style entrees, delicious side dishes, and mouth-watering desserts in a family-style setting.
Today, enjoy a visit to the Country Music Hall of Fame, the keeper of priceless Country Music Treasures. Your self-guided tour is a walk through history, one that leads you from the earliest folk traditions to the music that thrills millions of fans today. Every tour ends in the Hall of Fame Rotunda, the never-ending circle, and storied home of the inductees.
After your tour, enjoy a hands-on Hatch Print Show Tour. You’ll learn about the letterpress print shop’s 140-plus-year history, get a behind-the-scenes look at the show-poster creation process, and hand-print your own letterpress poster. Once completed, explore the new Fifth + Broadway for lunch (own expense) at the Assembly Food Hall high above the Ryman Auditorium with a view of the city.
The Assembly Food Hall, is a European-style market with casual dining both indoor and open air. With eats and entertainment for all ages, this venue is changing the way Nashville lives, works, and plays. Enjoy premier shopping & ridiculously good food at Apple Store, Ariat, Free People, Cava, Hattie B’s, Shake Shack, Slim & Husky’s and much more all while taking in the downtown
views.
You will have free time for shopping on your own at Opry Mills. There are over 200 stores including; Saks Fifth Avenue OFF 5TH, J.Crew Outlet, Vera Bradley Outlet, Bass Pro Shops, and more. There are also many dining options including: Aquarium Restaurant, Rainforest Cafe, and Chuy’s Mexican Food, as well as quick and fast options such as Johnny Rockets, Subway and Panda Express.
Depart for Nashville International Airport. After breakfast, your group will travel to the Nashville International Airport with fond memories for Memphis & Nashville.
