After settling into your hotel, the next day takes you to the Lindt Chocolate Museum, where you’ll explore the fascinating history and production of chocolate, with plenty of chances to taste along the way. You’ll also enjoy an exclusive BayArena Leverkusen Stadium Tour, stepping behind the scenes of one of Germany’s top football clubs.

Day 1: Flight, Kölner Dom & Guided Walking Tour of Cologne
Meet your GTI Travel representative at the agreed check-in area at Dublin Airport. Fly from Dublin to Cologne then meet your coach.
Visit Kölner Dom, Cologne’s world-famous Cathedral, an awe-inspiring Gothic masterpiece and UNESCO World Heritage Site. Afterwards, take a guided walking tour of the city to explore the Old Town, its historic squares and riverside views.
Transfer to your hotel for evening meal and overnight stay.
Day 2: Lindt Chocolate Museum & BayArena Leverkusen Stadium Tour
After breakfast at your hotel, visit the Lindt Chocolate Museum for a 4,000m² journey through the fascinating history and production of chocolate – complete with tasting opportunities.
Enjoy an exclusive BayArena Leverkusen Stadium Tour, where students can step behind the scenes of one of Germany’s top football clubs.
Return to your hotel for evening meal and overnight stay.
Day 3: Free time & Flight home

As your travel provider, we aim to give you all of the essential information about your holiday before you agree to any contract. Information such as:
- Where you are going and for how long
- The costs involved for the holiday itself and payment schedule (if this applies), as well as any tax or compulsory charges
- The mode of transport – this detail includes times, dates and places of departure and return
- Where and what your accommodation is (for example, hotel, guesthouse), and how it complies with the law of the EU Member State in question
- Cancellation details (for example, where a minimum take up is needed for a package holiday to come into being in the first place)
- The itinerary of any excursions included
- Any special or exceptional requirements, which you asked for and you and other parties to the contract have accepted
- The complaints procedure to follow if we, as the travel organiser, do not carry out as part of our contract
- Passport and any visa or health requirements
- Whether insurance is compulsory as part of your package holiday and if so, the minimum level of cover needed
As this is an organised school tour, all relevant flight information will become available through your dedicated group/tour leader. Additional information will be detailed in your dedicated login area. Once the tour has been confirmed every person (on that tour) will be sent their own specific link to login to the GTI Tour Portal where you can access additional relevant information and pay for the trip.
