Belgium Cultural School Tour - Grand Place, Atomium, Parlamentarium and much more..

Begin your Belgium Cultural School Tour with a Guided Tour of Brussels, the ‘Capital of Europe’, to see its most important landmarks. Explore Coudenberg, the remains of Brussels’ former royal palace, and visit Halle Gate, the city’s last surviving medieval gate from the original fortress walls. Continue to the magnificent Grand Place, the city’s central square and a UNESCO World Heritage Site, before enjoying dinner in a local restaurant. The following day, discover Mini Europe, where famous landmarks are recreated in miniature, and learn about the continent’s past and present at the Spirit of Europe exhibition. Afterwards, marvel at the unique Atomium, a striking steel structure enlarged 165 billion times to resemble a molecule, now home to exhibitions on science, progress and the future.

The adventure continues with a full day of fun at Walibi Theme Park, filled with rides and attractions for all ages. On your final day, learn about European politics with a visit to the European Commission Visitor Centre and the interactive Parlamentarium, the European Parliament’s visitors’ centre, before enjoying some free time in Brussels for shopping or sightseeing. With its mix of history, politics and culture, this tour gives students a unique opportunity to experience Belgium at its best.

Very easy and efficient to use. Staff were excellent, accommodating attentive to the needs of our group tour. Aideen helped us with our tour to Italy and she made the experience easy for me as a group tour leader. She also checked up on me and the group multiple times. Would definitely use again.

GTI were excellent as a group tour for our school. Their information packs were so useful and kept everything together in one place making leading the group so much easier. Once we understood their process of organizing the tour, we found it very straightforward. The best part is that they allow parents to pay for the trip in incremental amounts and also it is done via a payment link which means we don’t have to gather and count money in school. Overall we had a very positive... Read More
