Begin your Belfast & Northern Ireland History Tour with a guided tour of Belfast to discover the city’s complex past and vibrant present. Continue with a visit to Titanic Belfast, where the story of the world’s most famous ship is brought to life, before stepping aboard the SS Nomadic, the last remaining White Star Line vessel. That evening, check in to your hotel for dinner and rest. The next morning, enjoy a fascinating guided visit of the Stormont Parliament Buildings, followed by time at the Ulster Museum where you will explore its permanent exhibition on The Troubles. Later, travel to Derry, where you’ll check into your hotel and enjoy your evening meal.
Your final day begins with a guided walking tour of Derry, exploring the historic city walls and learning about its divided past. Continue to the Museum of Free Derry, which tells the story of the Civil Rights movement of the 1960s and the Troubles of the 1970s. Afterwards, visit the Tower Museum, where you’ll see the Armada Shipwreck Exhibition and the Story of Derry, before climbing to the top for spectacular open-air views across the city and River Foyle. End your trip with some free time for sightseeing or shopping before beginning your journey home.
