These Terms & Conditions apply to the GTI Travel School Tour Referral Programme.
1.1. The programme is open to current staff members of recognised post-primary schools.
1.2. Both the person making the referral (the “referrer”) and the person being referred (the “referred group leader”) must be currently employed by and actively carrying out their role in a recognised post-primary school at the time of the referral and when eligibility is assessed.
1.3. Staff who have left their employment, retired, are on a career break, or are otherwise not actively carrying out their role at the relevant school are not eligible while those circumstances apply.
1.4. Both the referrer and the referred group leader must each have their own separate qualifying school tour booking confirmed with GTI Travel.
2.1. An eligible referral is:
2.2. The referred school or additional year group must not already have an enquiry, quotation or booking with GTI Travel.
2.3. The referred group leader must provide the referrer’s name and school during their first enquiry and before any quotation is issued.
2.4. Referrals cannot be added retrospectively once a quotation has been issued.
3.1. An additional year group means a separate year group within the same school that has not previously travelled with GTI Travel.
3.2. The additional year group must make a separate qualifying tour booking from the referrer’s existing booking.
4.1. Where all eligibility requirements are met:
4.2. The rewards relate to two separate qualifying tour bookings and cannot be combined into a €300 reward for one person, group or booking.
4.3. Rewards will only be issued once GTI Travel has confirmed that all eligibility requirements have been satisfied.
5.1. GTI Travel will verify eligibility using its enquiry, quotation, booking and travel records and may request confirmation of employment status where required.
5.2. All referrals and rewards are subject to written confirmation by GTI Travel.
5.3. Where GTI Travel cannot verify that the programme requirements have been met, the referral will not qualify for a reward.
6.1. Participation in the programme does not automatically guarantee entitlement to a reward.
6.2. GTI Travel reserves the right to amend, suspend or withdraw the referral programme. Any changes will be published on the GTI Travel website.
